Service Description

Get professional remote technical support for common business technology issues without an ongoing managed services agreement. An Entorno Technology Partners technician will remotely assist with troubleshooting issues involving Windows workstations, Microsoft Office and Outlook, email, printers, software applications, user accounts, connectivity, software installation and configuration, and other common business technology problems. Pricing: $79.99 Duration: Up to 30 minutes Delivery: Remote Only A brief description of the issue will be requested when scheduling. Remote connection instructions and any additional preparation requirements will be sent by email prior to your appointment. Payment is required before IT support services are provided. An invoice will be sent by email and must be paid in full prior to the scheduled support session. This service includes up to 30 minutes of technician time and does not guarantee resolution within the scheduled session. Issues requiring additional time, advanced administration, on-site service, hardware replacement, project work, or other services outside the scope of this appointment may require an additional service or separate quote. Business customers and organizations only. Residential IT support is not provided.
